In 101, we focus on the whole face: proper technique, each area of the face, rhythm, routine, and ritual.
In 201, we dive deeper into each area, with a more anatomical focus.
We start the series with the neck, because we always start facial gua sha from the bottom up. You’ll learn muscle names and functions and how they interact with pain and stress and how we can use that information to guide us into relaxation and embodiment.
Please note that Face Forward: 101 is a prerequisite to this group.
