Proof of Life®

A framework for regulation, repair, and embodied truth.

Proof of Life® is the thread that runs through my clinical work, teaching, and writing.

At its core, Proof of Life starts with a simple premise:

Your body is not a problem to solve.

It’s evidence that you’re alive.

what proof of life® means

Proof of Life is how I work with people who are tired of being fixed, optimized, or explained away.

It’s a way of understanding the body as responsive (not broken); patterned (not inexplicable); largely shaped by systems (rather than personal failures).

what this looks like in practice

Acupuncture

Care that prioritizes nervous system regulation, rhythm, and continuity. Treatment plans are built around patterns.

Cosmetic/Facial Acupuncture

Structural work through the face that honors integrity over perfection. Beauty is approached as alignment, expression, and support.

Courses

Seasonal, body-based learning for people who think deeply and feel a lot. Designed less for self-improvement and more for remembering.

Writing

Essays and long form work on bodies, systems, and regulation. This is where my framework is spoken most plainly.
